Open water swimming is completely different to normal swimming and so it makes sense to get the best advice possible. We run training throughout the season and we highly recommend attending to make sure you are well prepared.
This course is for anyone who has never swum in open water, has panicked in open water or is entering their first race.
This course is for anyone who has attended level one, or currently swimming in open water comfortably but feels they can improve.
This is course ideal for anyone who is going to race. Someone who is confident in the water and wants to improve their competitive edge.
Anyone who would rather have the personal attention of their coach in open water.

The tips were great in particular the breathing. I was soooooooo nervous and felt physically sick at the start. By the time we got to the waters edge, I felt relaxed the step by step approach was fantastic I did not feel panic at all by the end I forgot I was in open water. Would absolutely 100% recommend this course to anyone new to open water swimming.
